      Their Non Sufficient Fees are the worst. Not only do they go wild, it goes against what the For-Profit banks like Chase and Wells Fargo are doing. I called to complain but they could only take $100 off of my account from their NSFees. The original charge was $5 and it grew to $200. What a steal!

      The women that I've encountered at this branch have serious attitudes. No welcoming feeling whatsoever. I go out of my way to bank at the branch on Alameda.
