      Very rude. The rep didn't want to answer the questions and was hurrying, maybe it was end of the day. She seemed to be very lazy.

      I have done business with this credit union for over 15 years. they allowed a check that was writen incorrectly to clear my account an put my account in the negative $20,000. They never called me to question this check that was written incorrectly they sent me a letter!! Then told me there was NOTHING they could do for me. Worst bank I have ever dealt with. They don't have their members backs an will not help protect your money !!! RUN do not let them have control of your banking !!
