  This is for the loan department. The process to get a small auto loan here has been the worst expericence I’ve ever had with a bank hands down. They didn’t return my calls for an entire week. I will never, ever, bank or borrow money from these people ever again. I am actively discouraging people I know from doing any kind of business here. I was point blank lied to regarding the auto insurance minimum requirement, and now I’m on the hook to pay to increase it. Do NOT risk doing business here. There are other credit unions.

  I used to be a member of a United Financial Credit Union. This corporation bought them out and closed my 20 year old credit card due to one period of unemployment and missed payment. Note they were not easy to work with. I paid their credit card balance and do not wish this company on any one else. This company will treat you like a criminal is if you are past due and ruin your credit. They are not your typical credit union, steer away.

Our team sends past due notices multiple times to Members via mail and outbound phone calls before reporting them in hopes to resolve the discrepancy. However, we are sorry to hear that your experience was unpleasant and that you did not feel valued.
