  The employees are very helpful and go the extra mile. I'm so happy we changed from a regular bank to this credit union. When I was going through a death close to me they answered all my questions & helped me through the process. Best decision we ever made.

  My 89 year old grandmother has been a member for over 30 years. The lack of respect and social skills the teller had yesterday was beyond me. This has been my second encounter with this person at this Pico Rivera branch. He was rude, disrespectful to my grandmother and myself. Instead of trying to help (our situation) he seemed annoyed and I felt a couple of other personal things. We left and went to another cu in El Monte, on Tyler and Concert, they were very apologetic, even though it was not their fault. I've taken it up with corporate. Hopefully something is done.

  The staff here are extremely kind and helpful! The only reason I will not give a 5 star review is because almost every time I come there is one, maybe two, people actually available. This makes every visit extremely inconvenient.
