      Made a call operator was condescending and rude when I asked to pay my bill over the phone, also when I asked him more questions, was not helpful at all. Also you can’t make a credit card payment on the app and it’s so frustrating, like if we were still in 2001. ( update got a call from a manager and apologized, also they are working on credit card payments on the app. Now I’m excited!!)
