  Franklyna Tumbay was a gem when helping me become a member of CUTX. She helped me refinance my vehicle & set up a savings account at the branch. She was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend setting up an appointment with her.

  This review is in relation to the customer service that was displayed at the corporate office. I spoke with Sandra, which hung up on me. They closed my debit card back in January due to fraudulent activity that had been happening over the course of 2 years. The charges were small and due to my error I didn't notice them until I seen some other items being charged. I closed the card and shredded it inside the banking center. They are now stating that I went back into the online banking and opened a card that I didn't have access to. An error occurred at the pharmacy and they charged the incorrect card, now they are holding me accountable for transactions that I reported as fraudulent in January. Since when can you go into reopen a closed debit card. I am definitely taking my business else where. I am also writing a letter to the board with my disgust with Credit union of Texas. The only reason I am giving them one star is because there is not an option for 0 stars. This is a repeated problem where these people are rude. Once of the young ladies at corporate had to go back and listen to one of the calls where the agent was horrible. I should have every right to dispute a transaction that I did not authorize regardless if they have been charging me for 2 years or 2 days. This is horrible service. I work for a credit union and if we treated people this way we would be without a job. I am currently formulating a letter to the board to make them aware of this.

  Franklyna I am very exited she very hard work, dedicated ,and how to takcare customer in a good manner my recommendation she will keel it I really she will a model of her co worker.
