Incredible customer service! I have been a member since 2011 and wouldn't trade it for anywhere else! Thank you for always going out of your way to make sure we are well taken care of! Y'all have beat many other banks or credit unions on all of my auto rates!

If you value prompt and responsive, forthright communication - go elsewhere. After trying to contact Halle over the course of 7 business days, we gave up and asked for help from someone else. Enter Jonathan. Jonathan never sent over an email to appraise the value of my husband's car, or contact him via email to setup a time to call. Enter Diego. Diego contacted my husband, talked through the details and passed him over to underwriting to begin the process. It took 3 separate people for underwriting to tell us my husband could not be a co-borrower on a loan with my Dad (who is a CUTX customer). Underwriting told us it would be fraudulent, to have a co-borrower? Horrible communication.

!!!!!!As a former employee and customer I don't recommend them at all take your banking and car loans somewhere else and also make sure you check and ask for a copy of what you are signing especially when opening an account or savings account this company demands a very high " sales quota" to their employees therefore alot of things are done behind curtains that members don't get to see. Also I was offered a demotion due to been pregnant which I declined therefore this company decided to fire me the moment I got sick. This company portraits to be so kind in the community but is a very different one closed doors!!!!!!!
