Zero customer service, impossible to get anyone on the phone, nobody knows how to answer questions and transfers you around. Auto loans require a manual upload of your insurance declaration once a year. I've sent the required paperwork via email, uploaded to the third-party website over 10x, and spent over an hour on the phone proactively trying to resolve this. I just received a charge for my declaration not being received. Complete joke of an establishment. Currently searching for a rate match to move my loan.

I can only assume this places makes enough money to not have to worry about communication with potential clients. 2 stars for the front end; they opened the door with a smile nice touch. 0 stars for the back end. I was assured an underwriter would be reaching out to me within an hour. I called them after 2 and was told my under writer Renee(male)is at lunch but would call me as soon as he returned. I called after another hour and a half. I'm typing this while I'm waiting on the hold he placed me on without a word in hopes of discouraging. Probably going to go somewhere else to get that motorcycle itch scratched! Shout out to Gina though; she's cool.
