      This Credit Union One branch has one of the most personable, respectful and helpful staffs I have encountered at a financial institution. Thank you for the great customer service.

      Closed the Detroit Receiving hospital branch permanently. We work 5 days a week long hours. How are we going to go to do our banking. Also the ATM is gone. I have had direct deposit for the last 15 years. So much for loyalty. Finding a new credit union or bank.

      Google would not let me give zero stars; which is what this bank deserves. Currently have been on hold 70 minutes with the West Bloomfield branch. Literally no word from a human in 70 minutes. Worst customer service around. I am finally hanging up after editing this post 3 times as my time on hold became epic.
