      I've been with C U One for over 30 years and it's been a great relationship. I like the upgraded online banking app. It's easy to navigate. Westland Branch employees are easy to work with, they're knowledgeable and helpful.

      STAY AWAY!! I have a business account and personal account with this credit Union. It’s been one issue after the next for me here. It all started when I was making payments out of my business account for work related expenses - apparently this credit union only allows for 2k$ per day to be spent on the card after which point all other transactions are declined. That’s cool. But I RUN A BUSINESS and frequently need to spend more than that on card for supplies!! Next issue was when I reached out to apply for a mortgage- I called and spoke with a guy who handles loans for them. We spoke once , he sent over an email then disappeared… I have an 800 credit score and no debt. I would assume you would want my business. So I called the 800 number and complained about being ghosted by them. He immediately called me back and gave me an attitude like he had just been reprimanded by his bosses. And my most recent issue with this bank is the Westland location - who ever runs that branch should be ashamed of themselves totally sloppy and unprofessional- the lobby is still closed due to covid and “ understaffing “ issues. It’s been 2 years. Either close the branch or get back to work.
