  I’ve come 3 times over the last month during business hours and they’re always closed for one reason or another. They don’t keep the website up to date with closures. So, I called and asked and got a rude comment “all our offices are open”. I explained why I was checking if they’re open and got the same rude response. So I went and only drive through is open. I had some loose coins to deposit. They said they don’t accept loose coins and I’d have to wrap. So, they tried sending back & couldn’t. Even though I had everything in a bag and it would take literally one minute for them to wrap, they refused and even argued with me about it. When I was a bank teller I would have totally taken the 1 minute to do that for a customer, especially when there was no line. Then, it took the teller 10 minutes to count the other cash and deposit it. How long does it take to count money? And the other tellers were all laughing at me when I asked if they can take the 1-2 minutes instead of arguing with. Not just bad customer service here but downright awful. I will be closing my account after these experiences. Makes me sad because they used to be a good bank. I’ve been with them a long time. Now they don’t know what they’re doing and are soooo rude.

  I used to really love CUONE but since they pandemic they're hardly open. I've been trying to change my name on my account for months now and they're never open or if they are they're drive thru only like this location. The next closest location is 25 minutes away! I'm not driving 25 minutes away because someone decided to close all the branches. It makes me so angry that I can't bank because their lack of appropriate hours.
