      If you’re looking for a loan, call and ask for Stephanie as she has done wonders for me! So responsive, she doesn’t rush you off the phone because she’s got other things to do. She gives you her best advice and actually puts in her all. This is my first time using credit union one and I have a new vehicle through them and now getting a boat through them. They have over exceeded my expectations when it comes to loans, and banking! Stephanie you are the best and I look forward to doing more business with you!!!

      RUN. The loan officers are INCOMPETENT. Don’t use if your looking for a mortgage. Wouldn’t want any first time home buyer to experience any of this. The amount of deception, poor handling of documents, unprofessionalism and onslaught of prolonging the closing process is redundant and frustrating. HOW MANY MONTHS DOES IT TAKE TO CLOSE?! Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. They let TOO MANY people get involve with the process and it ruins the paper trail and goal. Never again.

      A community credit union that no longer accepts other credit unions I have my bank in Lansing today they used to let me deposit my checks and money and since covid no longer did Due the rest of the country has opened up they can too
