      Went down to this branch to get a new debit card printed. They said they couldn’t get me a new debit card due to a ‘chip shortage’. I said I’m not looking for a snack I’m looking for a card to pay my bills. Would not recommend.

      Not only mine, but other family members with accounts at this CUWest have all had our accounts overdrawn without permission and didnt inform us until a month later, then they told us since I didnt respond to their message in 30 days, I had to pay them the fees. I wasn't informed about my account being overdrawn until Feb and they said I've had the problem since January...definitely closing my account.
