      My experience is for the duration of this past year. We moved here almost a year ago, and almost immediately opened up our personal account with Credit Union West on Luke AFB. Fortunately, Amy became my initial point-of-contact, who patiently explained the requirement process. Once appointment was created, Amy had everything ready, and account opened in maybe 30 minutes. Any questions I had were answered, during and after, our appointment. Recently, I asked Amy to help me open a business account, and again, she walked me through the process, step-by-step, and no matter what questions I had, she answered.
