      30$ in interest from 11 years, from a parking ticket just found out, asked if we could knock off interest they stated "only when you have 50$ in interest" so I asked her if I wait 10 years I can save 5$? She stated no then they wont negotiate cause I refused to pay..

      I don't owe anyone anything, am Not delinquent on Any bill, yet these yayhoos are in serious danger of at least a 10,000 dollar fine for repeatedly calling me since September, leaving no message and not identifying themselves. Serious crook and crooked business happening here.
