      I had my card eaten at Crescent's atm on Bay St in Taunton. I was completely panicked. I went to the branch in the industrial park and was greeted by Suzet, the manager of the branch. She was amazing. She knew exactly what to do and even waived the fee for a new card because the atm went out of service on me. She immediately put me at ease and solved my problems. She even made the withdrawal for me that i never got to make ar the atm! Suzet was so kind & went out of her way to make sure I was completely taken care of. I couldnt thank her enough! I am very greatful to have her managing the branch I go to! Thank you again Suzet!!

      I have been with CCU for over 30 years. Ever since the merger it has been absolutely horrible .All the fees went up. The personalized service is just not there anymore. This bank does not care about the customer anymore.They just care about their profits.Many banks to choose with fees that are substantially less.
