      Look up Crescent Mortgage Services Inc. ( same company ) but must've closed and changed the name to run away from all of their previous horrible reviews, what a joke. We worked with them because our builder recommended them. When it came time for the final approval after months of them dragging their feet and delaying every step of the way, they decided to deny us even though our "numbers worked" they didn't like the fact that I was self-employed even though I provided 3 year of tax returns, and after months of telling us everything was good. they almost lost us the ability to build our home, now thankfully we just closed with Regions Bank! apparently they had no problem with my self-employment, thanks for nothing Crescent Mortgage.
