      Closing was went with out a hitch. The cookies were great. The refrigerator noise was unwanted. I took one star away because the settlement sheet was sent at 5:30 pm the night before an 11 am settlement. I had to run to the bank at 9 am to get a cashier check and then ride 60 miles into New Orleans to make that 11 am settlement. That settlement sheet should have been sent much earlier.

      Our closing went by quickly with the paperwork explained in a clear and unhurried manner. Cookies were great, and the hum of the refrigerator soothed any anxiety we had. We'll use Crescent Title again.
