This company has been unprofessional since their take over. My card stopped working Friday of Memorial weekend and I have had no support from them. My advice don't bank here. Update - Even though I no longer bank with this company I have decided to change my review based solely from the customer service I received from Katie Cherry and her manager Hailey on Greenville Blvd. They listened to my entire rant with nothing but, empathy and professionalism. Though they did try to keep me my mind was rather made up. They did assure me that they do all they can to assist their customers in anyway possible and the're always trying to improve! Cres Com is lucky to have these ladies to represent them during this transition.
