Went in to get a simple paper notorized and was informed I had to have an account to do so. I explained I called to make sure they could do it andas told they would, they still wouldn't. Did offer to open a new account for me if I wanted to get the papers notorized. No thank you not with that kind of service. Not a way to win new business.

this is one of the worst banks I had ever had. they cost me money when they bought out my old bank. they would not pay me back for all my old checks from other bank. some of my accounts got closed I have been dealing with this problem for 3 mouths now I just payed the last check off that they would not cash and the money was in the account.
