  This branch is terrific. I've used other Crescom branches & always had good experiences, but this is my home branch & I could not have made a better choice. The people are wonderful, every one of them - helpful, easy to deal with & eager to help solve any problem that may come up. The website is easy to use too. Set up was a breeze & it's laid out in a straight-forward easy to navigate manner. My only wish would be the ability to do ACH transfers which is currently not available. In order to accomplish that I did open an account at the nearby First Bank where the people were nice but after the checks were wrong (twice,) the debit card was wrong, the ACH setup took 3 weeks, and I found the website difficult to navigate & each login required a phone call for a verification code, it was just too much trouble & I closed the account.

  I have been contemplating opening an account with this back for a while only because of it's FREE CHECKING ADVERTISING. Well I did so on Friday 1-26-18. The lady I spoke to and opened the acct with was very nice as was all that I spoke to. I opened the acct and and made my deposit, I was told that my checks would arrive in 7-10 business days. Ok I thought that would give me ample time for my needs. Fast forward to today, I have checked my mail daily and today is day 13 of the business days, and again no checks. I get in my car and drive the 6 miles to the branch to check the status of my order, only to be told no order for checks had been placed. I was offered by a teller to print me some checks right there and she also told me that the checks were printed in the bank anyway ( REALLY ). So why wasn't I offered this in the beginning ? This upset me so much that I refused the offer and closed the account and as I sat there in her office I was informed that there was an EARLY ACCOUNT CLOSURE FEE but in the same breath she informed me that she was going to wave that fee because the acct was less than a month old. GOOD THING AS IN MY FRUSTRATED STATE THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN A MINOR EXPLOSION. The only reason I gave this bank two stars was because the people were quite nice and polite. SO ITS BACK TO BB&T FOR ME 🤔
