Communication is very difficult/poor.. when you do have issues they are very rude and over talk you or are simply rude. They seem to forget they are a customer service oriented business. When canceling contract the are petty and drag their feet on completing the buy out process. I wouldn't recommend this factoring company to my ex mother in law. One star is 1 to many...
