Crew Lending has to be the worst lender out there. I tried selling a home to someone who was using these people as their lender. Closing process went on for FOUR MONTHS because these people kept making excuse after excuse at the last second. The buyer was through underwriting after month TWO. So what exactly were they doing for the last two months?? They wouldn't give a heads up that closing would need to be extended and my realtor would have to call them constantly to try to get updates. We eventually had to relist because we didn't trust that they would actually ever allow the sale to close. They ended up costing their buyer ~$4,000 dollars in inspection, appraisal, and fees to us and in the end they lost the buyer their dream home. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
