      How can you post less than one star. Five months of "processing" and "underwriting" my loan-- multiple emails confirming approval and "waiting for clear to close" only no closing. Took 6 weeks after I paid for it for the appraiser to show up. Questions are met with-- "don't worry, this deal is approved". Only we never actually close. Then they stopped even returning emails to say "we are working on it". I did get responses when I started posting negative reviews-- "shut up and wait". Take your business elsewhere-- I did.
