      We were traveling home to North Carolina today and heard a horrible rattling coming from our front tire. We stopped at Criswell Chevrolet and their service department checked our lug nuts and discovered that they were loose from an earlier wheel alignment this morning. This dealership saved us today! Very nice and professional. You can't beat hometown service. Thank you Criswell Chevrolet and your service department!

      Drove almost 2 hours to look at a truck that was priced $51,000 online. When I arrive at the dealership the same truck was priced $10,000 more than the online price. Their response was that the online price is never accurate… who would have know it was $10,000 more. Never would have made the trip for that price.
