  I put only 2 stars bc my husband and I have been with these ppl for a while now. We financed a car through them and everything was great at first. I won't lie, we were behind on payments and obviously it's annoying to the company but every time they called to tell my husband anything he would explain to them when he would be able to pay a full payment and they accepted it. Now, for whatever reason that is not the case anymore. When my husband received the call about making a payment he was greeted by a rude man who seemed as if he was having a bad day. He was talking with my husband very rude and he was telling him things he had no business saying. If it weren't for the fact that we still have payments to make on our car, my husband would simply go elsewhere with his business. And before today I would gladly recommend cross country to anyone because they are so helpful and so nice about it. But after today I have to say that I would no longer do that. Yes it is our fault because of being behind but I don't think that means we deserve any different treatment from them because of that. 3-20-18 Updating my review bc I'm not too sure if it was the first review or we just happen to get lucky n another person now contacts my husband and I when it comes to the car. About a month ago this change happened and I'm glad bc we were really upset about everything before and it was making it hard for us to communicate with them. But now that we have both spoken with a man named Mark, everything seems to be better. No more rudeness. And now my husband says that when he calls about his payments being late there's no big fuss. We really do like this place bc they helped us out a lot when we first got the car.. yea there was a rough patch but gladly everything is ok again so from my 2 stars before I would definitely give 5 now.

  There payment options are rather old wish they had a quick pay option on an app or online transaction option writing a check thru the mail is a inconvenience to me

  Brandie Rose Never will do business with this company again! I paid my car off in February of this year (2017) and still have not received my title. I’ve called a million times it feels like looking for answers and they can’t give me anything! All they say is talk to the dmv but the dmv keeps telling me cross Country still has my title. They wouldn’t give me any proof of sending it to the dmv and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told he’s just going to tell you the same thing I told you. Everyone there has an attitude all the time and can never give you any answers. Definitely thinking about taking legal action . NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CROSS COUNTRY!!
