  I just recently purchased my first home, with the help of Dave Campbell! He explained everything in detail every step of the way, and was patient with the millions of questions I asked. Being that this was my first home, I was nervous about the process and wanted to stick to my budget. Dave made that happen and then some, so super pleased with the outcome and his assistance!

  We still can't believe what Dave Campbell was able to do for us. Where do I start? We dropped our interest rate and got rid of our mortgage insurance while shortening our loan term by 5 years. He was able to keep our payment the same while applying $265 MORE towards principle in the first month. That number will just keep going up which means higher and faster equity without paying more!!! Zero out of pocket and no appraisal. We skipped a mortgage payment and walked away with $7,700 on a "no cash out" loan. Dave is the best in the biz!

  Working with this company & Dave Campbell has been a breeze! Dave Campbell helped me with the Title part of things, he saved me thousands in attorneys costs and saved me from possibly having to sell my home as my ex was not grasping the loss of money that could have caused us both! I hoped the whole time the payment wouldn't increase, I thought it would but even with the appraised value coming in less than expected Dave was STILL able to lower my house payment a few Hundred & also gave me a referral which saved me Hundred per year on Home & Auto Insurance. It did not work to do a Cash Out loan however, Dave made it so I spent ZERO out of pocket, made it so I received 2000 Cash at Closing ! Plus made it so I could skip 2 house payments & also I received money back from my old insurance & escrow! Which helped me pay off my ex for the costs he wanted with signing the quick claim deed over to me! Such a success ! I would recommend anyone else! This single mom is so happy ! Being able to keep this roof over my sons head 😌
