      I wouldn't have to do this to customer service is about helping customers but I got a small loan but I ran into difficult times I use to call them but the manager get hateful with and make it out of a big deal and get mad at me for being behind as soon I get it paid off I never going back to there ever

      They close at 5:30pm but their entire system gets shut down around 5pm maybe even before? They can’t service you at all after that shut down. Doesn’t make sense. PSA: they close at 5pm!!...maybe.
