      The name is Sloan/Pettit. Your reply is a good example of what i am talking about. No confusion. Nice effort trying to hide this like it didnt happen though. Got the job done. However i had to Deal with Chads bad attitude and communication skills sub par. I was told if in an email by them that if i didnt choose a interest amount quickly it would be chosen by them which was the worst interest rate available. Im not sure if all mortgage companies are like this but will not rely on this company again.

Although it is accurate that if our customers don't choose a rate when offered, we do lock at the best rate available based on timing of closing. As for communication, since we are not familiar with who you are, we probably didn't communicate to you.
