I bought my 2nd home with CrossCountry, they save me so much money by the time it was time to close it was ridiculous. Compared with the 1st home, witch was much less in price, I spent 30% more money, overall then I did with Cross country. They are not limited with who they can help or what kind of help you need. The best experience you will ever have, almost as good as finding your dream home! My wife and I lived in a nightmare for a full year trying to get a construction loan from a big bank. There was a lot of headache, not getting a straightforward response to our questions, waiting weeks even for a answer, making us jump through hoops with no success, and the list goes on. We was about to give up on our dream home when we found out that Team Wilder can do construction loans. So we tried one more time... and I was blown away by how fast they were!!! Within 40 days we were sitting down to sign our papers!!!! I could not believe it!!! Something the BIG boys could not do!!!!!! Andrea and her time not only did it in 40 days but was on the ball with helping us understand all the lingo, treating us like family and worked like it was her own loan she was trying to approve.
