  I lived in the Cleveland area most of my life. Tom Swan advised me and helped me each and every time I bought or refinanced my home. Now that I'm in the Chicago area, I wish I could find a company like All American Home Lending and a loan guy like Tom. It's that personal and friendly but knowledgeable attention that is their specialty. Always low rates and quick to close and the entire staff's attention to detail. I still refer my family and friends in Cleveland to Tom

  So about this company. When we were buying a house we where trying to qualify for a loan. The house we were being sold was through Caldwell banker. The house was a little pricey and after doing some budget work we realized we could not afford the house we were getting a loan on. My wife asked the loan officer nicely to drop the loan. But the agent Tom swan would not. We had talked to the realestate agent about dropping contract but we were threatened with a lawsuit if we dared. Which lead us to being stuck with a huge mortgage payment, cause not only would they not drop the loan but made us spend thousands to stay in a hotel while they cooked the books on our loan. Now we are in foreclosure and bankruptcy, and no one will even rent a crummy apartment in a high crime area to us. Never use this company if you value your future.

  We sold our possessions and house to move up here to Ohio. We needed the money from the sale of our house to qualify because they said we needed the amount in our account. We were supposed to close on the 13th but no one told us it was going to take three weeks for an appraisal. Then we had been told we didn’t need certain paper work then we were told that we did. We had to extend our our closing and have to stay without a home through Christmas time with two children due to the slow processes and lack of straightforwardness. We are going bankrupt through hotel costs and my children who are used to a warme climate are getting sick and in the cheapest hotel rooms we can find, and no one seems to care about this. I sent paper work via e- mail and apparently it wasn’t good enough. Which is extending this processes out even more. I’ve never had such a horrible experience in all my life.
