I must commend DJ Matsumoto of CrossCountry Mortgage Hawaii for an outstanding job assisting us in successfully obtaining a re-finance mortgage. In the process, we ran into some hurdles and DJ made it happen with perseverance, conscientious hard work, and utilizing cost saving alternatives. DJ kept in constant communication with us and assured us that our loan would be obtained, and always took the time to explain the complexities involving the loan process. DJ even went out of her way to hand deliver documents to us. She made us feel like we were her only clients! I definitely will recommend DJ Matsumoto to my Ohana and associates! 5 star+ !

Looks like we’re latecomers with a redundant 5-star review, but Derek Graber deserves the praise and gratitude many others have already showered him with. He did his job well.
