  I wanted to take my time and writer this review, my experience with cross country mortage goes above the five stars, I started my building process and was referred to use cross country mortage, I started the process with Wendy and then her teammate Jennifer who is who I did all my communication with, what an awesome person, both of them are personable and knowledgeable, answer all my questions and concerns. Jennifer I believe has gone up and above her loan officer duties, daily updated whether via email or texts, I did do my part and kept them updated of my every money transition, I just cannot express the gratitude for an amazing experience in closing my home, this loan company protected my interests and also work with me and the builders in accomplishing what was necessary, my closing process was smooth, despite builder issues, this team stay " in the know" and continues to apply pressure when necessary for me to be able to close. Thank you, Wendy, and thank you Jennifer for giving me and my family the opportunity to close on our home!

  They ran someone else's credit who's name is not on any of the ownership paperwork. The first time I tried to pay online it wouldn't accept my payment, I had to pay an extra 10.00 fee. When I talked to a lady that works for them via phone. She was clearly upset with me bringing it to her attention. Instead of waving the fee & trying to fix the problem so other people wouldn't run into the same problem. I can already see where this is going. I've dealt with a lo quality car lender before this is seemingly a repeat. I'm gonna try and break away from them as soon as possible!!
