This is the letter I sent to one of the representatives of this company. “What I was told was get all other quotes from all the other companies (in writing) I called to refinance my mortgage before your company would give me a quote and almost aways your guy will give a lower quote. “ I am really disturbed by your policy of only giving me a quote when and only when I have exhausted my research in other companies. Basically what you are saying is I am not worth the time or energy until I have done all the leg work. The other thing you are saying is that you are going to cheat others who just decide to go with you because if you didn’t your company would give each person the best quote available at the time, not beating out the competition after you seen the competitions prices. It seems to me like you are an exaggerated cheap used car dealer. There is something very wrong here and rest assured that I am going to post this as a review and send this information to corporate headquarters.
