  Highly recommend! We are so grateful for the assistance we received from this company. They made us feel like we are now part of their family! Natalie and Jeff were very attentive to our needs and sent us the most thoughtful gift in the mail for our little ones!! They were so communicative, transparent and honest. Natalie connected with us every week even when there were no updates on their end just to check in and make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. She was an absolute joy to work with! This was all so new and wonderful to us compared to our last experience with a mortgage company. It is obvious that they truly care about their clients and made sure we were taken care of throughout the whole process.

  Worst headache ever!! Do Not Use this company. Cross country mortgage was a mistake to use and I only used them as a recommendation from Limitless Realtors. Magnus is in the same building, as well as others, use someone else. Stay away from cross country mortgage!! I have had the worst stress from them over the course of about 3 1/2 months. The original closing date changed several times with the home we sold in San Tan to moving into a new home in Mesa. No one on the cross country team listened to me about my debt and what needed to be paid off prior to owning a home. I owned the debt, I knew what needed to be done but no one listened to me until about 3 weeks before closing on the last date. Again, the date was changed. We sold our home a month and a half before Jeff and his team would close on the mortgage. It was always one excuse after another, one reason or another for the delays. I was the one they called a lier for their mistakes and misunderstandings. What kind of company does this?! And yet, it’s two weeks after this mortgage supposedly closed yet the new community has not received a hard copy of the title. Nor have they received a payment. Jeff expressed it’s my responsibility to take care of this, not his. I was told I was the one who owns the place. Where is customer service or The fact of taking care of the Customers to make sure buying a home is a pleasant experience not stressful or miserable. Move on to another company, trust me, you will be better of and happier in the long term.
