  I learned that when going through the mortgage process you need someone with vast experience, in-depth knowledge, industry connections and creative problem-solving skills…Mike Zachman and Craig Stelzer and his team is all that and more. my realtor recommended Cross country mortgage he said they where miracle workers.I knew the mortgage process wouldn’t be easy for us due to some financial issues, but we had no idea how just how many issues would arise. We were so grateful to have Mike Zachman and Craig Stelzer and his team to guide us through that process and helping us find alternatives and solutions through every roadblock. We thought we wouldn’t be able to close, but he kept telling us he would make this happen - and he did!

  I would Recommend Craig Stelzer and his team to anybody. This team is on top of the ball 24/7. Anytime I have a question I can easily reach Michael Zachman any hour of the day. Craig Stelzer and his team at Cross Country were so helpful on educating me through the process and so on top of the ball, they got my loan commitment done in 18 days. There is a reason they call Craig Stelzer Cash or Craig. Everybody I have referred to Cross country has had the same experience and nothing but positive things to say. The home buying process can be very stressful whether it is your first home or third, but these guys were honestly the best and made the process so much easier and enjoyable. Thank You Michael Zachman and Craig Stelzer for being the professionals I needed when the home buying process got stressful.
