I recently left CCM bc of their service. When working with the agent I was working with I would ask for things and be given a customer service number that you call and someone always answers but no one follows through with requests. I have been trying to get two statements for a loan I am trying to get in place and after talking to their “customer service team” twice now I still have not received my statements that should be on your portal when log in but they are not. Three days, no statements.

They like to not accept payment and not notify you in a timely fashion even if you have more than enough money to pay your mortgage. Not sure if it's just an easy way for them to get an extra $26 every now and then or if they just have processing problems- but it affects your credit either way.
