  The Mortgage Surgeons!! My family and I are so very grateful for the mortgage team at CrossCountry Mortgage. I personally worked very close with Melisha and Felicia and let me tell you, THEY DO NOT DISAPPOINT! They were able to get us in our dream home in 45 days. I don't know what hours a mortgage company works traditionally, but these ladies were working on and off the clock to insure the happiness of my family. They are well spoken, professional, transparent and real! They made us feel like we were family. This is our first purchase and I have to say, I wouldn't want to work with anyone else! Thank you again team, you have done an outstanding job!

  Whew! Where do I begin. First and foremost, we are not done with the process just yet, as we are only a few days away. Still, I thought we would be different and start a review now and do one after too. I must start by saying that the buying a home process can be daunting, nerve racking, and complicated. That is why CrossCrountry Mortage is the place I would recommend to anyone who is planning on buying a home. Sheetal is one of the most calming people in this type of customer service atmosphere. From the beginning till now, she has been so positive. I will never forget that wonderful first call with her. She had us at "hello!" What a way to start!!! Then comes one of the most incredible people I have ever met in this type of environment into the picture, Amy Castellanos! When she was assigned to us as with the loan processing aspect and with the documents and everything else involved with our process it has been a complete blessing. She is calm, she makes you laugh, and most importantly, she cares about your feelings. She wants the home to be ours! Trust me, I am not an easy person to deal with. I follow through constantly, I ask a lot repeated questions. I bother a lot. And they have put up with it because they understand how important this decision is to people. Our family is so grateful for these individuals and the team at CrossCountry. Yes, the outcome is always the best, but the in between is so important to that outcome being a great one. Everyone writes a review when done and that is correct. But, we thought a review while everything is still going on is so important. We know that another review will come soon. We also know it will be better than this one.

  Purchasing a home can be a daunting experience, but Sheetal and her team at CrossCountry walked us through every step of the process, answered every question we had along the way and stayed in touch with us to make sure we were putting our best foot forward at every point. They were really honest and straight-forward with us and Sheetal is a very warm and comforting person to have as your contact when you're dealing with a pretty major and stressful undertaking in your life. Ha, I don't see it happening again anytime soon, but if I'm buying a house in the future, I'll be calling Sheetal.
