  We had an excellent experience with Todd Hennessey and his team on a recent mortgage . They went above and beyond in a climate when two other brokers didn't even want to return my calls because they were so busy. Communication was exemplary and I was pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable the whole experience was. This was the third homebuying experience/mortgage I've gotten and the other two were difficult. I will never go with another broker again. Thank you Todd and team!

  The RVP Sean is very attentive at first and drops you off to his employees for basic answers the second he can. I called him to ask for some additional insight which was helpful and he even gave a good explanation as to what was going on. After that, nothing. Bare minimum. We spent over 500k and got service as if i bought I home worth 100k. I would advise looking elsewhere if you want customer service beyond just looking at you as a commission check.

  The Hennessy Group (Todd Hennessy) is by FAR the best mortgage team ever! This is my third experience and I cannot even compare anyone to them. Dylan Rauschenberger, Senior Mortgage Consultant is so fast with responding, his emails explaining to me "why" they feel the way they do about what is best for me, are so thorough, I could become a mortgage consultation myself they have taught me so much! LOL. I am utterly impressed. I have felt discouraged more than once through this process of losing bid and bid on homes we love...but their energy and passion to help me has picked me back up and motivated me to keep in the game until I win the home that was meant for me!
