      Worst experience as a realtor. It is unfortunate that some people reach out to a lender and feel stuck. As a listing agent, communication is key. The loan officer “Ling Teng” had the worst response turnaround as in never speaking with her after working on a deal for over 2 weeks. This is to sincerely warn homebuyers/listing agent of the horrible experience I had. The home buyers now have no place to go, and my listing had to go on the market due to the incompetence the loan officer had.
