      I got call from them i been shopping around for refinance since last 15 days. In last 15 days I never had any bad experience about call but Cross country mortgage customer agents are very rude . I never had this kind of bad experience in my life. They rude and never answer your question and will hang up phone on you . If i can give i will gave them zero star.

      Danielle Robinson who works at CrossCountry Mortgage 920 South Street, Unit 1, Nashville, TN 37203 is TERRIBLE! She will go and run your credit multiple times without letting you know! She will then tell you that it is your own responsibility to despute it even though it was her own fault. This company and this individual are very shady.
