      I had a great experience with Cross Country mortgage and would definitely recommend them when looking for a loan. Tim Stratton is the agent who helped me and he was very prompt in securing me a loan for my house. Tim answered my emails/calls at all times of the day, both realtors even discussed at closing how quick cross country was with their loan process. We actually ended up closing 8 days prior to our initial closing date because the loan was secured earlier than estimated.

      Absolutely terrible. Our closing has been delayed three times with miscommunication all along the way. At one point both sides of our transaction were told we were clear to close, only to find out a week later that the appraisal hadn't even happened yet- we had to find out from the appraiser. Avoid at all costs.
