  Ian Rimerman is the loan officer that I worked with and I have to tell you that through out all my loans that I have taken, no other representative can top Ian! I would give him 5/5 star on all of the following categories: 1. Professionalism - he treats you with respect and always put your concerns and needs above all others. 2. Honesty - he’s not here just to give you a loan but will tell you everything you need to know and any hidden or unnecessary cost that you can avoid. 3. Communications - this is the best thing I love about Ian. I would give him 6/5 star if I could. He will respond to your email and text messages basically right away! There are many times going through a loan and you want answers to your questions, you can always shoot an email and text message him and he will get back to you right away! There was times when I was up at 9pm and I was concerned about my loan, I texted him and received an instant answer! It allowed me to sleep the whole night without worrying about anything! My loan was very complicated with lots of unexpected things that happened so I really didn’t think it was possible to make this transaction go through. I had reached out to 3 different lenders but they don’t communicate as well as Ian which I could not have a good night sleep. I would not receive a response quick enough and it can even take up to 24hr to get a response. Ian had made it very simple and easy for us! He always stayed on top of our loan with questions and follow ups to make sure there are no issues. Everything is well prepared and planned out from start to finish. Even after finishing my loan, he will follow up with any questions or anything else that we would need. I highly recommend Ian Rimerman from CrossCountry Mortgage if you are looking for a loan. Rates are very good and trust me, you will not be more happier when you work with Ian! Give him a try and you will see what I mean.   The employees at First Choice has been wonderful to work with. Purchasing a new home can be very stressful. Joe Rowen especially was very helpful and pleasant. He got me through some tough days. I would recommend First Choice as your finance company.

  Charles was great to work with for my own home, excellent at communicating the programs clearly to us and fitting us into the loan that made the most sense for our family's situation. I'm a Real Estate agent as well and refer him to any of my buyers, highly recommend.
