  Chris and Maddie were great to work with, he was able get me through the difficult process of buying from a relative. This was my first time going through the home buying process so I would have liked more communication on what to expect, other than that I had wonderful experience with them.

  I had an extremely positive experience with Chris and Maddie. As a first time home buyer they were patient with me and walked me through every step. Chris was very responsive. He would respond to texts and answer calls at all hours, even if he was out of town he would respond to emails. They were also very quick to get documents submitted and taken care of. I am thankful for this team and would recommend them to anyone I know looking to buy a home.

  This is absolutely the worst company you could use, I lost my Earnest money and the house I was trying to buy because of Chris, he is unprofessional, he did not return calls even though he said he would, he kept giving myself, my co buyers and my realtor the run around then he asked my co buyers to Falsify information on a federal document, we were applying for a FHA loan, he is very unethical, I am a single mother and because of him and his dishonesty I’ve lost money and now a home that I’ve worked hard to get for my family then he sent me a email telling me it was all me and how I never understood what they were telling me when I understood and did everything they told me to do and in a timely manner but I never got answers or calls back from them. I pray he does not do this to anyone else...BEWARE of this company and of Chris Fussell.
