      Pawn shops have never been something I have experienced. With that being said, I have to say............"I'm in. I needed jewelry for a Christmas gift. I thought I had studied enough to make an educated decision. Well, I was certainly enlightened by Christy & Edwin. They were delightful, informative, open & engaging with me during my purchase process. I am trying to do the green thing, reuse, repurpose, buy used. I am so thrilled with this new discovery of Crossroads pawn shops. I will be checking them out in the new year for any purchases needed. FIVE STARS, KUDOS, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

      The pawn shop was a good place to go , but now it’s not. They don’t open when it’s stated online and don’t answer the phone . The female salespersons are very rude and don’t try to help you . Maybe the owner needs to hire someone other than family to help run the store , maybe they would try harder in customer service. Very dissatisfied
