  An agent for Crown Point Realty Capital named Kenneth is the liaison between our housing organization and the property owner. Our home sprung a leak in the bathroom and we called to request a repair. Without getting into too many details, there was nobody present during the time they were scheduled to visit the home. Had they called on arrival and nobody was home, we would have been able to provide them access to the home remotely. Instead, they left, and never followed up. When we called to follow up and reschedule, Kenneth said he's "not going back out there, nobody was home" at the time he visited, the house was "too far away" and he "didn't know what to tell us." He then demanded we call the property owner directly. When we asked for their contact information, he said "I don't know. Write to them." It was clear this was going nowhere so we hung up the phone and will be tracking down a phone number for our property owner ourselves. Meanwhile a sink has been leaking for three weeks. You'd think a "property manager" would act with more professionalism and a sense of urgency when we notify them something is wrong with their client's water systems. If you're renting from these people, we strongly urge you to ask for the property owner's contact information before signing any agreements in the event a repair request is too much work for them.
