      Refuse to refund money even when received cancellation letter from other insurance company .Refuse to return phone calls.

      We have already provided a written response to the complaint you filed with the Insurance Commission in May 2017. We apologize to you, but as that letter states, we cancelled the policies - as you requested - on the same the day we received the written cancellation notice. The date we received the cancellation notice was after the policies’ renewal date, so EFT funds were already pulled. We are sorry that this resulted is NSF fees, but we did process the cancellation as you requested. We have record of leaving you telephone messages regarding this in November 2016, but we did not receive responses to the messages. Again, we apologize, and would be happy to provide that documentation again if you wish.
