      Brandon was absolutely great to work with! He always answered right away, and helped us with any questions we had! He got us in contact with inspector and insurance agent without us having to do the research to find them! He also always kept us updated on what we needed to do and what to expect! Even though the buying market is CRAZY right now, Brandon made the process very easy for us! We 100% recommend him!

      Purchased a home in February..unable to move in due to water damage before the 1st payment.. finally repaired the roof.. now refuse to complete the interior..in the process with attorney. Unable the name at this present time..

The Roof has been completely replaced in the area where the issue is, we are working diligently with the roofer to get this resolved since it does fall under their warranty. Unfortunately we are not licensed roofers ourselves, but I can assure you we are working hard with the roofer to get this resolved.As far as the interior sheet rock, we are working with a sheet rock specialist and getting a time frame as to when he can complete the inside. We wanted to be sure that the leak was resolved completely first. We have been in direct communication with you all since the issue started.       Brandon Shaw is the best realtor we have ever used. He is willing to put his life on hold to make sure that you live in your dream house.
