As a self employed transplant from out of state, I was really anxious about our ability to find a mortgage agent to work with when it came time to purchase our home. I was referred by our real estate agent to Adam Simmons with Crystal Clear Mortgage, and almost immediately my anxieties were put to rest. We made our offer on a Saturday afternoon and contacted Adam, who was on vacation out of town, later that afternoon. By Monday morning we had a loan pre-approval letter from Adam, and the rest is history. Adam and his team at Crystal Clear Mortgage were delightful to work with. Adam was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the process for us to get approved, and for the deal to reach the closing table. Adam's assistant, Kandace, could't have been more pleasant to work with as we worked through the process.
