  Listen, for all you negative nancies out there putting 1-star and bad reviews - pay your bill, pay on time or maybe just simply change YOUR attitude, because I'll vouch: this company is top of its class. Here's why I say this. CSF bought my loan from another loan company. I didn't much care for that other loan company, but really didn't have any problems. CSF customer service is above and beyond. Just recently I was reaching out to them regarding a secured loan I was getting elsewhere and needed some paperwork for a 10 day buy out. Peder helped me with a 'smile' on his face. Very knowledgeable, and if he didn't know the answer, he got them immediately. Every since day 1, CSF has proven to me that loan companies actually CAN have a good relationship with their customers. Latest example - After asking for the paperwork needed for my other loan, the next day, Peder called me 'just to check to see if everything worked out for me'. what?! yes, I'm not here to lie. I thought maybe there was a motive behind the kindness and asked if they do loans - maybe he wanted me to go with CSF instead. But much to my delight - they only do car loans. His kindness was exactly that , a kind gesture! I am happy to potentially not have a car payment anymore, but truthfully, am so thankful that my old loan company sold me to CSF! PS, thanks Peder!

  I’m writing this review strictly for the woman that helped me get an understanding of my charge off from Csf Carolina was very sweet and helpful I did a lot of telling only because I’m super upset with the way things were handled with other representatives at the company but she was very helpful hopefully we come to an agreement and I can move on from this thanks Carolina your a big help..... we’ll talk soon

  I can't even begin to tell you how horrible this company is. I will be filing a law suit. I paid off my car and they still have my car being tracked by a GPS that they want me to pay to have removed. I payed my car off a year ago and they have never honored there word. They have horrible customer service and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. The supervisor Carolina did not keep her word
